The AIOFP is proud to host a two-day training course focussing on Ethics and Professionalism in Financial Services, presented by Lionel Rodrigues. Lionel is a Graduate Researcher at Deakin University in the Faculty of Business and Law/Deakin Law School in the PhD (Law) program. He is active as a practicing financial planner and has completed the degrees of Master of Financial Planning and Master of Laws. Lionel presents from the perspective of a professional planner, applying both professional and ethical considerations in that context. The course will encourage comparison, discussion and critique of the professional and ethical norms inherent in the business of financial planning.
Day 1 (10:00am-5.00pm): Ethics in Financial Services (CPD – 4h 45min).
Explores ethical values and mandated legislative requirements such as the Code of Ethics.
Day 2 (9:00am-4.00pm): Professionalism in Financial Services (CPD – 4h 15min).
